Medical claim of mine was submitted 17 Oct 2022. I received an email from Bonita's informing that claim's turnaround time is 10 working days. I have rep**** on that email when it was 14 working days with no reply. Even the lady at our Medscheme office in town has tried her best with the claim but they even ignore her mails. What kind of service is that?
