Worst medical aid experience I have ever had. Cannot wait to exit this catastrophic choice made by me in 2022. They simply ignore my queries but do not hesitate to take my monthly contributions. I have two outstanding queries since Feb 23 for which I cannot get an answer. Have no idea why they ignore me. Also noticed today that my membership card has my details except my surname which I would have thought would be integral to the detail required
