Bonitas

As a Bonita's member, you are compelled to use Pharmacy Direct for chronic meds, or you incur a 40% co-payment. However, the level of service we have received from Pharmacy Direct has been woeful (as reviewed here on Hello Peter). My complaint pertaining to Bonitas is that on several occasions when we called them to complain about Pharmacy Direct's lack of service, we were assured that a Bonitas manager would call us back to discuss the issue. It seems to me that both companies are just as bad as each other.
