bonitas employees are lazy and can lie

bonitsa debited R3900 from my account instead of R2700. They debited me less than my premium for 2 months and when I asked they didn't bother to answer me until I wrote to Hello Peter. Their response was,the less premium was due to the credit I have on my account. They left this thing drag for months while the money owed is accumlating and their response was just to get me out of the way. you never respond to any queries and if you do, your respond are not helpful. Can the entire medical insurance be so useless and ***********? I was not even informed that amount will be debited, they **** to me and did the opposite when debiting me
