Bonitas DSP's Fail to Deliver Critical Chronic Medication on Time!

I submitted my script for chronic medication nearly two weeks ago, and I still haven't received my medication. This is completely unacceptable, especially since so many others are experiencing the same issue.

I don’t understand why Bonitas appoints Designated Service Providers (DSPs) that lack the capacity to deliver critical medication on time. We are forced to use these providers, yet when they fail to deliver, we are penalised with extra fees for going out of network. How is this fair?

There is always an issue with Bonitas when it comes to medication. If the provider they chose—Marara Pharmacy—cannot fulfill its obligations, then Bonitas needs to step in and take responsibility. Patients relying on chronic medication cannot afford these delays!

Bonitas, please fix this issue immediately—people’s health depends on it.
