Bonitas don't pay
I have a rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder and Bonitas wants around R40000 co payment from me, this is a hospital procedure and should be covered. Who has R40k laying around??.I think they should spend less on TV adverts saying how brilliant they are and pay for the medical care that we pay them for. Just like insurance companies- ******.

They don't bother to correspond with you.
