Bonitas dont encourage preventative care

Least progressive and narrow thinking medical scheme I have observed. Wife has erratic sugar levels and doctor prescribed strips as we have the machine. Bonitas rejected it as they reckon she is not on insulin. Obviously insulin is required in more severe cases and we dont want it to go there. They need to encourage preventive measures. Doctor provided a motivation which also never assist. Useless medical aid.
