Bonitas don't care for patients
They are the worse ever medical aid. The ceo can not even step in when they walk customers in with money. They refuse that my medical start at 01 03 2026. For 3 months I pay my chronic medicine out of my own pocket They refuse to pay my claims they stole my contributions. They Bully me to pay for January and as I say I pay out of my pocket my medicine No wonder momentum health did take bonitas over they are ridiculous and don't care about patients .
