BONITAS DON’T CARE!!!
Huge disappointment! Our son flew to New York just 24 hours ago (Bonitas had covered him for his travel medical insurance previously while abroad , now, as he took off, we emailed the form in the morning, only to discover that it should've been sent prior to his departure! Thanks for nothing Bonitas! Now our son won’t have cover in the event that he needs it. Theres always some loophole to shortchange us as clients! Medical aid especially temporary “travel medical cover” is just a precautionary measure to ensure peace of mind, yet now we must stress, hope and Pray that he may not need medical help in the USA. This type of let down, will cause us to shop for another medical aid , , and also to warn others about how petty Bonitas really are. Its So unnecessary to treat clients like this. Keep your “small print” Bonitas, we are looking for a medical aid who cares!
