Bonitas doesn't pay claims! You have to beg!!

I'm really tired of fighting this battle! I regret moving from Discovery to Bonitas

Even after being on the phone for 1 whole hour to convince them that an ectopic pregnancy can be life threatening, I gave the auth code etc. to the hospital and did everything right. Now all the bills come to me and I've sent it twice now to claims department and I only get a reference number!!! Weeks passed and I still get phoned by the doctors and hospital. How can you run a business like this??????

I'm exhausted!
