bonitas does not want to pay money owed

My wife was due to deliver in Mpumalanga , I was under the network medical aid, the hospital that I was sapouse to go to confirmed that they had no gynecologists available , as a result I was forced to use the second hospital . I called bonitas and explained as I didn't have the 6000 co payment , I borrowed the money and was told it would be refunded as it was not my fault .

I have been back and forth calling the call center and they just put me on hold , its not my fault that kiaat had no gynecologists available , and I did discusss the matter with you, why am I not taken serious

was I sapouse to leave and ignore my wife with labour pains . its a year later and still this is not resolved im very disapointed
