Bonitas does not respond
I sent a request to have a claim paid from savings in February, and since has sent emails and made phone calls and still not done. I've escalated, ref 230426QJB56V and 140526QL9K2L, still no resolution. Can the claim please be paid.

I ask to speak to an agent and then I'm in the queue, and as soon as I get to the front it closes it as inactive, then I have to start all over again. This has happened twice. And I'm the whole time in the chat, making sure that it stays open and active. This is a tactic to get rid of clients that want to query.
