Bonitas does not honour their comitment.

My daughter"s Alyssa Cilliers did receive extra pmb and mental health consultations above her normal pmb consultations. Now it has not been paid due to non available funds. But on the 21 August 2020 we did receive a letter from Bonitas that they will make the extra funds available with aditional extra 15 visits after the docter send them a motivational letter. Now Bonitas can not find that letter, but I have the letter with me. My child is also enroled with their extra mental health program as well with another letter I received yesterday 21/10/2020. I also send BOTH LETTERS to them via EMAIL as well as PROOF. Please pay Providers: ***‬ Oostenbrink Service Date: 02/09/2020, 03/09/2020, 10/09/2020 and 11/09/2020 Tariff codes: 86205 and Dr. Schronen Service Date: 29/09/2020 and 13/10/2020 Tariff codes: 2974

Matter is not resolved. Can you not see on my emails the attatchments I send to you for the commitment you made to us on 21August2020 that you will make extra money available to us from mental health? I will write again on hellopeter till you honour your commitments you made to me.
