BONITAS DOES NOT CARE ONLY MONEY FOR THEM!!!

Above is my original complaint in July last year, a bonitas consultant called me and said she would investigate and get back to me because she agreed that this was not right, to date she has not given me any feedback and the money is being demanded from me.<br> <br> This is the reply after I lodged another complaint because it does not make sense, they want me to do a skin ***** test on a child who had sensitive irritated red skin already, who that not have been torturous, see reply <br> <br> The Scheme's funding guidelines in terms of allergy testing allows a maximum of nine (9) tests per beneficiary, per year. Code 4514 charged by the provider is for allergy testing and has exceeded the maximum tests allowed.The Scheme's medical advisors have reviewed the motivation from the provider, however; have declined funding for additional allergy tests. The reason for this is that the Scheme's funding guidelines for a skin ***** test (SPT) is unlimited.
