Bonitas, do you respect time?

I am utterly disgusted and astonished by the level of service and procedures from Bonitas.

I have received authorization for an emergency hospitalization 2 months ago. To my surprise, I had to pay a lofty fee when I got to the hospital, being that I told to claim back.

On the initial email from Bonitas, I was told that I will receive a response in 10 working days. It went to 21 and now 2 MONTHS LATER and NO RESPONSE.

The hospital also hasn't been paid and I am getting several calls from the hospital. When I called the call centre, I am told there is no claims department. I get pushed from pillar to post, speak to unprofessional people and we still don't know what is happening.

This is scary. Dear reader, do yourself favour, save yourself the terror and don't join bonitas. (I'll save my capital B because you don't deserve that respect!)
