bonitas do not attend to claims
Ok I have 2 references for email queries logged. I requested monies to be paid back to me for occupational therapy. Initial query logged on 7 April 2015 and 2nd email 22 April 2015. Ref 070415Q89Y84 and 220415Q8TYK6. Still no reply.!!! Ridiculous that these claims are always ignored!
