I have been having I terrible time dealing with the boncap department. I have made complaint after complaint to the call center department escalating. No one gets back regarding the complaints.

I have sent an email complaint. It has been 3 weeks and no response. my complaints as well as claims need to be dealt with. I have sent through a termination request.
