Bonitas - diabolical medical care yet again!
Utter disappointment in the customer service yet again. It seems that the only way to communicate with Bonitas is to put up a review on Hellopeter. It is simply shocking! Another failed institution!

06 Mar 2023, 09:43I asked to speak to an agent via whatsapp and ended up 3rd in the queue before the app timed out. I had to go through the whole process again and now I am 14th in the queue. This is unacceptable
