Bonitas dental not paying claims

<p>Beginning of August I had to go for an emergency root canal ( ********** 8886). Its been almost 2 years that I have been with bonitas and have never uesed the dental benefit. I was informed by Denis that they cover the root canl but not the crown. So I paid the denitist myself for the crown (R5000). He also did a couple of fillings. Since Beginning of august, every claim that Denis has approved, has not been paid. Everytime I phone I get told that it will be the next thursday, then the one after that. And then basically they dont know when. So what happened. The dentist decided to use the R5000 for all these amounts that have been stacking up because denis is not paying. So today I get a bill from the lab for the crown (which I already paid actually). So, if I do not receive the payment for all these claims by the 29th of September. I will use my monthly contribution to Bonitas and pay the dentist. Your service is pathetic, and I will not pay for incompetence</p>
