Bonitas Dental a joke

Have received absolutely shocking service. 3 days of fighting just to speak to a manager. Wife has a life threatening condition that requires the removal of teeth to cure but Bonitas in their wisdom refuse to accept that it must be done in hospital under anaesthesia. Their so called expert believes he knows better than a surgeon who out qualifies him. This is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend Bonitas if you have any dental issues. They refuse to help on any level and only listen to their so called panel. The condition is known as Ludwig Angina and is caused by decaying teeth.

In normal circumstances the teeth can be removed in a chair but unfortunately her gums are too swollen and her roots too deeply embedded for this to be possible as stated by a dentist and a surgeon. Both of which agree that if not done in hospital runs the risk of perforating her sinus cavity which will then need to be repaired by the same surgeon who recommends the removal in hospital.

So no logic and absolutely no common sense from this apparent expert who would rather do high risk procedure than do it right and he is the one recommending to the medical aid on what to do.

Stay away from Bonitas if you need dental treatment. Absolutely pathetic
