BONITAS DENIS UNREACHABLE - THUS UNABLE TO HELP

I contacted Bonitas earlier today regarding a DENTAL CARE CLAIM - I was given the number ***to phone - I contacted the number - THE NUMBER IS OUT OF ORDER - I AGAIN contacted Bonitas and enquired as to how I will now obtain assistance from the DENTAL DIVISION - Uhhh, let me test the line..... Uhhhh, yes, the line is out of order (?) Is that not what I reported? Uhhhh, no, nothing we can do - Uhhhhh, give your number and we will try to get them to contact you - UHM, I THINK NOT! They NEVER return your call - Most of my e-mails give a notification that they have been DELETED WITHOUT BEING READ - So they cant take your call and dont read you e-mails...... THEY SUCK! DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER JOIN BONITAS, IT IS ALWAYS A STRUGGLE TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE OR TO GET SOMEONE TO AT LEAST READ YOUR E-MAIL!
