Bonitas delivers no service.
I moved from Discovery to Bonitas in January 2025. What a mistake!! I have been beggjng Bonitas to pay a dental account from MY savings and my requests are ignored.This is a final cry for help. The dental divison of Bonitas has been so nice and they tried to help me but even their efforts has been ignored. The service is pathetic. I will be moving back to Discovery......!!!!
