Bonita's delayed response

I submitted a claim a week ago, on the 21st I got a response to say claim paid, it is now the 24th I am trying to get a hold of someone at Bonita's to find out which bank did they use to pay this but the agents on the Chat function on the app ignores my requests, I never get a response? This is so unprofessional.
