Bonitas - deducting monies that does not belong to it
Since December 2024 the medical aid has been deducting double the benefit amount from my mothers pension. We have submitted numerous requests, follow ups, contacted the medical aid to get this corrected. To date the medical aid has failed in assisting. This is ridiculous to take money from a pensioner that does not belong to Bonitas. There is no success in dealing with the medical aid
