Bonitas declined breast reduction.
Hellopeter,this.is concerning bonitas medical aid However I have a lot of back pain , middle back pain. Basically my breast are a problem. My gp suggested a breast reduction. Which was declined by bonitas. I have had several injections on my shoulders and lower back to ease the pain. Last year bonitas declined my breast reduction. They didn't even consider asking for any extra files.from my Gp. Or even investigate the pain I am going through. I got a call saying bonitas declined your procedure. So heartless. I need a reduction so I can breath normal. Please help.me. I asking for a reduction to ease the pain and medication.

When I called bonitas and my plastic surgeon sent the motivation, bonitas could have told us, at the same time it is denied. Bonitas said it is gone to the board to review. It wasnt an exclusion. Check your recordings. I am in pain and have injections, yet you say the issue is resolved. Give me a proper reason why?
