Bonitas decline medical condition due to scheme exclusion
I was booked for the breast reduction for medical reasons that is troubling me'(my back and breathing), and the Surgeon motivated for the operation to take place. And I'm also on Bonita's due to my other chronic condition. In the authorization request to Bonita's, their response was that they DECLINE IT IS THE SCHEME EXCLUSION. Meaning no option of Bonita's will cover breast reduction.
