Bonitas debited me twice clearing out my bank account

On the 27th September 2022 I made a payment to Bonitas for my October Contribution ( I was told to make the manual payment because only loaded debit order for November ) I made the payment to my surprise on the 1st October Bonitas goes and debits me meaning now they have charged me twice . I informed them I was told my case will be treated as an emergency. My bank account has been cleared by Bonitas and till today 9 days later I am still waiting to be refunded . I cannot even do anything because I have no money Bonitas keeps taking me from pillar to post . Your WhatsApp line is useless no one ever attends to you , will wait the whole ****** day to be allocated an agent , when you call you put on hold for more then 20min they don’t take into account you using your airtime and when airtime runs out no one has the decency to call you back as their client . You email they take forever to respond as well .

From the 3rd October I have been complaining it’s now 12th October and still no money in my account , how am I supposed to get anything done with no money in my account ? You said this will be treated as a priority but none of that has happened. Worst customer service from Bonitas and always quick to debit but when it’s time to refund us you guys frustrate us this is unfair please give me my money back urgently I need it this is too much
