Bonitas DCB absolutely disgusting
The Bonitas DCB department is probably the worst customer department I have ever had to deal with. I have an authorization for a back and neck programme. They were sent an email on 2024/08/08 and till today 2024/08/20 they have not responded. Today I called them on *** an spoke to Tahliq, while still talking he just transferred me to the switchboard and there Elizabeth transferred me to Bonitas.
