BONITAS - DAY LIGHT *******

I was busy joining Bonitas, when I got an SMS to say my Medical Aid was terminated. The reason they say is that I did not agree to the term.s and conditions. They did not read the GEMS certificate properly that said NO LATE JOINER PENALTIES were app**** to the members upon joining. The wanted to charge me, my wife and my mother-in-law late joiner penalties. Also in question is the fact that there is a 3 MONTH WAITING PERIOD ... What is this for ... I NEED COVER NOW ... I may be dead in 3 months time. That is not all. THEY NEVER TOLD ME WHAT MY CONTRIBUTION WOULD BE. I phoned them and they said that my membership had been terminated because of my broker. I relayed the messages to my broker. MY broker did nothing wrong. My membership number was ********** 3570. Just so by the way. I was with Liberty Medical Scheme before I moved to GEMS from when I was 34 years old. So WHY MUST I PAY LATE JOINER PENALTIES AND PAY FOR THREE MONTHS FOR NOTHING? TO FATTEN THE POCKETS OF SOME ALREADY RICH PEOPLE, who don't care about POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
