Bonitas customer service is pathetic, *********** and non existent.
Customer service is pathetic, responses are delayed and vague upon receipt. their own timelines are not adhered to. Its been over 30 days and im still waiting for my refund, no clear indications of the actual delays are. Customer service is non existent.
