Bonitas customer service
Bonitas is a very good medical aid but the customer service is very bad. If you phone the customer call center it takes forever before they answer your call and when you send emails they take forever to respond. But when it comes to payment every month they immediately take the money!!!!! But the service is ridiculous!!!! Bonitas better fix the communication system!!!!!!!
