I have put in a claim for a refund as I had to pay the specialist . I saw the specialist twice , both occasions I paid 910 rand I am owed 1820 to be refunded I recieve an SMS today that I will be refunded 763 rand in total This is totally disgusting , I had to wait 2 weeks for this medical aid to process a claim and it is incorrect This is why the specialist does not put in a claim from this medical aid because they are cheap ******
