Bonitas couldn't care less.

Bonitas again. This is really getting out of hand. Bonitas you say in your e mail Bonitas Family well you must be related you must be family working there because the service right through the board is the same. Non existent, bad, worrisome and pathetic. Firstly you owe me money R1780 to be exact. It's been 2 months trying to sort this out. There is no phone number for the finance department so you couldn't care less. I can e mail till I'm blue in the face nothing. For every 5 e mails I sent you reply with 1 ****ty e mail with all the wrong info. You can definitely not read because I gave my banking details yet you pay the money into a closed account. How is that possible how is it possible to only have struggles to not get an answer to beg for assistance and yet you couldn't care less. This is awefull service. It's going downhill for Bonitas very fast. I have been a member for 20 years.
