Bonitas continues with their horrible service at processing claims

Bonitas claims processing needs a serious overhaul. Their service gets more and more terrible each year. To a point that treatments have had to be praused due to them not processing claims. I submitted a claim to be paid from savings on the 10th of February 2026, with over 20k savings available and all the required information submitted, they still have not processed the claim Is processing a claim so difficult that it takes 3 months to process? This is ridiculous. This continues to be the worst medical aid ever
