Bonitas Connect - False Advertising
<p>Why provide an option that does not work? The Bonitas Connect online chat 'service' leaves much to be desired. Why have this option when there is no-one on the other side? Just remove it and the email service to be honest and tell your clients to phone in. That why we (I) won't be disappointed and will get the service I expect. You set me up for frustration and irritation and wonder why the call centre agents get blasted by callers (me).</p> <p>Anyway, just get your web designers to remove Boitas Connect please, its false advertising.</p>
