Bonitas Colluding on ********** claim with Pharmacies

Bonitas medical aid fund has a tendency of allowing designated pharmaceutical companies to conduct ********** claims and when clients make follow-ups the fund rejects evidence in favor of such pharmacies...pharmacies claim for what is not issued at costs of clients' savings and when complains are logged the fund dismisses and closes tickets without resolution. I have 6 years using the fund and I'm shopping for an alternative as a result of this ***** collusion.
