Bonitas Claims Excuses
Been trying to get two claims refunded for 5 months. I call EVERY single week and get another excuse. Absolute incompetence yet again. Today - sarcasm and rudeness from Shinaz. Last two calls, Beauty just transfers or cut off my calls when she runs out of excuses. Please train your staff efficiently and process claims timeously.
