Bonitas claims and member statements are up to ****. My member statement shows that I have funds availible for GPs but no claims are paid. Call centre explained that my day-to-day is R0 so I do not have the GP consultations availible. If you look at any statement across the world if something shows available it should be availible to the customer. If your day-to-day is then subject to the rest of the claims then if your day-to-day has been reached the other availible amounts should be taken away to reflect such.

Now I have accounts to pay that I did not budget for, People being rude to me because of long outstanding account that I was not aware of cause my funds showed availible on the statement.

This is very unfair and false information to the member to show funds availible but there are none.
