Bonitas Claim Refund Delayed

I have left the medical fund last year September 2025, whilst still have funds on ky savings. I had to wait for a period of 4 months as this is my 5th month in February to make a claim. I submitted my documents early this month on the 2nd Febraury and was told turnaround would be 14 business working days.

Then during the period I've been calling at least once a week just to check the progress. On the 10th when I called the claim was waiting for authorization. Then on the 17th doing a follow up it was to my shock that it is still waiting for authorization.

Hence I went on their faccebook page, thinking that they will speed up the process and give me feedback of what was happening, but got feed back that they are still within their period to issue out payment since it is to be paid on the last month. I then decided to call again today the 19th as it is my birthday and is the last day of their turnaround, only to find out that they have incorrectly loaded bank details and that it will be attended to it but might take between 1-3 business working days.

Now to my understanding, if someone left the fund and knowing that they will be a claim in the 5th month for refund, why would they delay the process to an extent that only on the last day that the banking details are incorrect even though all documents where submitted? Is this being professional or now people just do as they please?

I so wish this does not happen for anyone else...
