Bonitas chronic meds are non existing

I have been emailing Chronicmeds@bonitas on the 3rd of April and still no answer . My medicine that i have been on for years now still has not been put on chronic medicine. Bonitas only sends out all sort of window dressing emails about special programs but when it comes to the stuff that matters they nowhere to be found.
