Bonitas Chronic Medication Patients - Be aware
I am horrified that such a good medical aid company uses such a horrible company as Pharmacy Direct to dispense their clients CHRONIC MEDICATION. Do you people realise that patients rely on their chronic medication due to life threatening conditions............that if it is not taken these patients of your WILL DIE :-( Bonitas you have to get another company to deal with the dispatch of your clients' chronic medication, because service is just not on. Waiting for 2 weeks, and some clients waiting 1 month for their chronic medication is DISGUSTING. For the amount of money we spend to be with Bonitas I would expect you people to use a reliable passionate service company.
This is unacceptable service, as I am currently on my second week waiting for my medication for my Asthma preventive medication :-(
