Bonitas charging penalty fee for my parents that was on Bonitas medical this is *****

According to the information sent too me you now charge me late joining penalty fee but how could I join in November if your updated dependant form only was send to me on the 11 December 2024.

This is unacceptable as this is bonitas error not mine this form should have been available by November so that everything could have been done and sorted by end of November but it was not. I have all the proof on my email. The consultant that was supposed to assist me took her time where I ended up making contact with Bonitas self through email and was informed that I will receive the form once it is avaliable. That was only In December.

I will not accept a hy penalty as this is your fault not mine. Both mhy mother and father was part of bonitas medical before I moved them to my medical.

Please resolve this urgently

I called in querring about this penalty that changed for 3233.28 to 1293.50. The person that took my call informed me that y parents will pay penalty fee for the rest of there life while they are on Bonitas. This is unacceptable as they have already paid a full amount that they were informed to pay before they can join, they were on a 6 month waiting period and a 12 month waiting period for chronic medication. Both my parents are pensioners and I placed them ion my medical aid to help them. I am not married and only earn small basic salary, If this is not removed I can just as well move to a other medical aid. Will this penalty be worth losing 3 members

Please correct the system and remove the penalty as the already paid a penalty and had a waiting period
