Bonitas cant sort out one probleme

<p>Thom it may concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>My grandparents moved from medihelp to bonitas with all their conditions list on medihelp befor they joined bonitas now that they are with bonitas medical aid now bonitas dont know what is going on they want paper work and paper work but i mean really why would one medical aid approve things and the other one not but they want your money as a member i think that bonitas must sell their shares to liberty back because bonitas wants money just like discovery and medihelp they that your money but dont want to assist your health.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i want from bonitas is to put all the things that medihelp appoved on bonitas as my grandparents need their medication and stoma sacket how hard can that be .</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort out this mess </p>
