Bonitas can't back up their processes
I had searched for a network GP on bonitas website and went to a network doctor, and bonitas are telling me it's not a network doctor. No one takes responsibility and I am left with a bill.

They want 30 days notice period were as I want to cancel end August because I am getting no assistance and no follow up because I went to a doctor that's not on their network, although it's on there list of network doctors. I have not had 1 call after requesting someone to speak to for over 2 months
