Bonitas Call Centre
The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I now see indeed its a true story when they say the best companies to do business with are those that are mainly focus on 1 product, in this case for Bonitas its healthcare rather than those that have many products i.e car insurance and healthcare don't go together.
