Bonitas Bonstart is a ****. Don't expect anything to be paid out.

I have been with Bonitas for 18 months. Part of my Bonstart plan is 5 GP visits on their network. It gets rejected every single time. 3 GP visits in a row has been rejected, and I also have a OTC medication benefit. That has also always been rejected.

Everytime they lie and give another non sensical reason for rejecting. Either some obscure form that doesn't exist on their website wasn't completed or the medication (100% of all medications) aren't on their approved lists.
