Bonitas-Boncap, sign-up, BEWARE.
They double debit your account without notice. Suspend your account without notice. Decisions in your favor, against Bonitas, remain unresolved. Don't honor their payments to service providers. Delayed response to members email requests. If you on the Boncap option, expect all above & more, shockingly poor member service.
