Bonitas Boncap problems again
I received this email: Kindly note your contributions are R 1937.70 which is made of R 1,874.00 contributions and R 63.70 late joiner fee. I asked: Where do you get the late joiner fee? Please explain. Bonitas answer: With reference to your query received, please be advised your query has been sent to the relevant department for further assistance with new query number 091221QX8XSK This is unacceptable!!! I also received a message to say that my COVID test was not paid. Why???? We had to go for the COVID tests because my son had to go for an operation. Bonitas Boncap is really very disappointing.
