BONITAS BONCAP PHA YOU ARE UNREASONABLE AND YOUR SERVICE IS POOR

What a bunch of clowns. I am on the Boncap option income based as I have lost my job due to front foot amputation because of diabetes. Every year I send all the documents they asked for as for this year they do not accept any affidavits. My wife pays all my bills and medical aid. She did a affidavit I did a an affidavit stating that I am unemployed submitted a letter from my previous employer stating that I had to resign due to the amputation. The courts the highest authority in our country accepts affidavits. Now Boncap, Bonitas and PHA the administrators for Boncap does not accept affidavits. They now want a letter from UIF or Labour department stating that I am unemployed. I have contacted both these offices and the Labour department says they can not verify whether any person in this country are employed or not. When I phone to try and explain my situation to Clement at PHA I got told they don't work with members only with brokers. I cannot get to Pretoria CBD on my own I am scared of being dropped off at 5 in the morning and left there for the day. Nobody is willing to speak to me I have sent numerous e mails tried phoning but nobody seems to want to help. There is 9 days left then they automatically put me on the highest scale. For 4 years affidavits was good now they throw this spanner in the works about UIF. I was employed at the SAPS for 30 years I have never been registered for UIF. They don't even have a record of me. How many people will be without medical aid after this. This is appalling to say the least. I have been with Bonitas for 30 years and now I get treated like dirt because I am on income based and disabled which I am not responsible for. My application was sent 4 times and they still don't give any response but the letter from UIF is outstanding. They don't even take the time to follow the paper trail as I have sent in all asked documentation except for the UIF letter. But every e mail comes from a different person that looks like it's a copy and paste message.
