Bonitas Boncap Payment issue
I am very happy with Bonitas Boncap option but last year I send my income verification on time.
This month I was billed on the highest band. I phoned and send messages on WhatsApp. I do understand it takes 7-14days. But it is unacceptable I need the money to do other payments. Process should really be quicker.
